Job details
1. Supports sales through documentation, product knowledge, ERP, and cross-functional coordination.
2. Create sales support documents such as quotation/sales order/purchase request/production order/return request/debt reduction request (Sale Doc.)
3. Check stock availability / Sourcing and requesting quotes for external products (in case of out-of-stock items).
4. Create new customer data in the system / new delivery location in the system
5. Follow up on the production order status with the production department.
6. Follow up on customer payment status with sales representative.
7. Monitoring the delivery status and customer receipt of goods
8. Contact and coordinate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Contact and coordinate with relevant departments in the company.
10. Other duties as assigned.
Applicant Qualifications
1. No gender restrictions, age 20 years old and above.
2. Vocational Certificate, High Vocational Certificate, Bachelor's Degree
3. Welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow with the organization or have at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
4. Proficient in using computers and office equipment, with a good understanding of the SAP ERP system or the ability to learn it
5. Be responsible for the assigned work and solving problems effectively.
6. Have good communication skills, able to communicate effectively within the department and with other departments.
7. Have service mind.
